I think it's particularly important that the councils do this, because everyone needs to understand them. <BR/><BR/>That said, I think they need to be careful not to stop people from using words which are useful. 'Welcome', for example. Surely everyone knows what 'welcome' means? <BR/><BR/>Also, they lose points for backing up their argument by referring to the recession.
